My career in fitness began in 2002 when I taught my first kickboxing class and since then, I’ve earned certifications through ACSM as a Personal Trainer and AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor. My number one passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals and educate them on living a healthy lifestyle.

I was born in Sioux Falls, SD (South Dakooooota) and moved to the Denver area when I was 13 years old. Growing up, I played volleyball, basketball and was on the track and field team. I always knew I wanted to be a coach and push others to be the best they could be just as my coaches did for me.

I currently specialize in fat loss, building strength and stamina, nutrition and supplementation, group fitness/small group training, pre/post natal fitness and zone training. No matter what your level of fitness is, each exercise is tailored to be safe and effective for you and your fitness goals.

When I’m not coaching, I love to hike, bike, run, camp and take the boat out for some wakeboarding with my husband, 2 year old daughter, 2 labs, and of course, my pug. I also enjoy traveling and lounging on the beach.  I’ve been told that my energy is contagious and I’m ecstatic to bring that energy to the “Red Zone” every time I coach.
