About The Trainer

Lindsay has not only earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health, but also has received two NCAA Division 1 scholarships in gymnastics and track & field at Southern Utah University.  In addition Lindsay has a Water Safety Instructor Certification, which allows her clients to take full advantage of the extensive calorie burn that pool workouts provide as well as utilizing the pool for injury    rehab. Lindsay’s knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness has helped her clients lose anywhere from 30 – 140 pounds over the last several years. She is willing to help anyone succeed, ranging from post pregnancy, to kids, rather you are an athlete, or trying to lose 100 pounds, a swimmer, or want to learn how to swim, Lindsay’s M.I.X. (Muscular, Interval, & X-Training) program has variety of workouts each time you meet with her, that incorporates muscle toning and fat burn to give you the overall physique or fitness level that you are looking for.
