ABOUT THE CLASS

Join Tuesday & Thursday’s Tabata class for the ultimate cardio workout targeting burning fat and getting conditioned in 45 minutes. Consisting of multiple rounds, 20 seconds working out at a high intensity, with 10 seconds rest, this H.I.I.T., (HIGH INTERNSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) class will get you in great shape. The Tabata class burns a lot of calories and provide a terrific full-body anaerobic and aerobic workout.

The Club USA Tabata class generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period. The high-intensity exercise should be done at near maximum intensity. The number of repetitions and length of each exercise depends on the movements & muscles worked, but may be as little as three repetitions with just 20 seconds of intense exercise can produce great results.
