Club USA Spinning program is designed for beginners to advanced exercise enthusiasts.  So whether you are looking for a great, non-impact cardio workout, or if want to keep up your cycling Littleton Spin Classmiles but can’t get outside due to the weather, our indoor cycling program is for you!!!  An hour cycling class can burn up to 500+ calories!!!  This is a perfect workout for those experiencing knee issues as well, a bike is the first piece of cardio equipment as physical therapist will put someone on who has had knee surgery.   The intensity is up to the individual, you control how hard or easy you wish to put your resistance.   The bikes have 4 adjustments to make the ride as comfortable as possible, just make sure you tell the instructor that you are new to class.

We have early morning classes; Mon/Wed/Friday from  5:30-6:30 am, and Tue/Thurs from  7-8 am. We have evening classes; Tue/Thurs from  4:45-6 pm and weekend classes; Saturday 7-8 and Sunday 8-9.
