Warming up before a workout is just as crucial as cooling down after one.

BEFORE – Dynamic stretching should serve the purpose of priming the muscles, joints, and mind for the workout to come! That means that warming up the shoulders, hips, and back through lightweight, full range of motion exercises is key to getting the most of your lifts and cardio!

AFTER – Static Stretching after a strenulus workout means holding an extended stretch position for 20 sec plus. This allows the muscles to begin to regain bloodflow and your joints to return to their levels of extensibility.
