At Club USA Fitness, our spin classes in Littleton are designed for all fitness levels.   The variety of participants range from people rehabilitating from knee surgery to lung surgery to elite athletes.  The intensity level is up to the participants, they can follow the MYZONE workout up on the screen or they can go at their own pace.
Tracking fitness progress in a spin class can be staying up off the saddle for longer periods of time, to being able to work in a harder gear with a lower heart rate.  Adding a spin class or two into your weekly fitness routine for cross training is a great way to reach your goals faster.
If you are new to spinning make sure you let the instructor know, so they can get you set up on your bike properly.  It is imperative that you have the correct settings on the bike to have the ultimate workout. Having the seat too high or too low, for example, can have a negative impact on your knees, back, and hips.
