Recipe: Cold Brewed Iced Tea with Lemon & Mint

With summer just around the corner, it’s important to stay hydrated while not jeopardizing your hard work at the gym.  Our advice?  Steer clear of energy drinks, overly sweetened juices, and sports drinks.  Stay hydrated on liquids such as good ole’ H2O, coconut water, or your own infused concoctions of waters and iced teas.

COLD BREW ICED TEA WITH LEMON AND MINT

Here’s what you’ll need…

• 6 cups filtered water
• 6 good quality tea bags (I used English Teatime and Earl Grey)
• lemon slices
• fresh mint sprigs
• ice cubes
