I received my degree in dietetics originally with the intent to work with patients with eating disorders. I became a certified personal trainer and now specialize in weight loss and transformation through diet and exercise to help people achieve the body of their dreams and to be confident in their skin.
My goals are to show you the parallels between the gym and every day life that will help make you a stronger person both mentally and physically. I firmly believe the “I CAN” attitude is a must!
I also want to help make dieting “easy” so I created a website called TheWrightWhey.com to help make healthy alternatives to the cheat meals we crave! Dieting just became a piece of cake… Literally! Now you just have to put in the work at the gym, and that’s the fun part! I am an 8 time marathon runner and Boston Finisher, turned weight lifter and bikini competitor!

Things you may or may not know about Tory
Tory has been personal training for 3 years. She also competes in bikini contests and qualified and ran the Boston Marathon in 2014. Another one of her accomplishments was losing 20 pounds in 12 weeks….pretty sure that goes along with being a competitive bikini competitor. The song that gets her pumped while lifting is I am Phenomenal by Eminem. Her most embarrassing moment while weight lifting was getting stuck under the bench bar while trying to max out . She had to call for help….yep, that’s the value of a spotter.
When asked to describe the “Best Day Ever” she responded, “what I do every day or a day where calories don’t exist.” Her favorite joke is what happens when you play a country song backwards? You get your dog back, your truck back and your girl back.
At this time Tory has no pets but wants a bulldog named Steve more than anything.
