Maintain Your Summer Fitness with a Spin Class

The Littleton Spin Studio at Club USA Fitness has a Monday and Wednesday 6 pm spin class throughout the fall, winter and 1/2 way into spring.  It’s a great time to take advantage of a great cardio workout with fun, motivating
instructors!!!!  These classes are an hour long with a good 5-10 minute warm up, great 45 minute fat burning
workout followed by a 5-10 minute cool down, stretch Littleton Spin Classsegment.  The class will leave you feeling like you just biked 20 miles, and ready for some refueling!!!  So don’t lose that summer fitness you gained, keep it up with at least 1 if not 2 spin classes a week.

The entire Spin Studio schedule is located by the front desk, outside of the RED ZONE and on the door to the Spin Studio.  Hope to see you soon.
