Your body is made up of 60% water, it lubricates bones and joints, it regulates body temperature, nourishes brain and your spinal cord. Not enough water will lower your blood pressure, make your skin drier, decrease your mood and you will lose energy. Chronic dehydration can contribute to disorders such as diabetes, weight gain, skin problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive disorders, constipation and fatigue, even DEATH.
The amount of water that a person drinks depends on how much they weigh and how much they exercise, but a good rule of thumb is 2.5-3.7 liters for men and 2-2.7 liters for women.
So, DRINK up my friends and stay healthy!!!
