Yoga II is a vigorous Vinyasa flow that focuses on strengthening the core and moving through a flowing form of poses. The advanced yoga class highlights standing poses, arm balances, inversions and much more. Good for strong beginners to advanced students.

Our Yoga II classes are safe and appropriate for people of nearly all ages. Because there are numerous types and classes, it’s usually possible to find nearby yoga classes that are suited to your personal abilities, making them excellent exercise choices for beginners as well as physically fit individuals. Our advanced yoga class will vary in styles of Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga!

Yoga II may challenge you with transitions of flow as well as holding poses for an extended period of time!

Club USA’s Core Connection Studio, ( Yoga Littleton ) is located in a private studio with in Club USA. Our Studio is designed with the perfect Ambient lighting! Offers many styles of yoga including: Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga I, Yoga II, Restorative Yoga, Meditation Yoga, and Heated Empowering Yoga.

Vinyasa yoga is a set of yoga poses that focus on inhaling and exhaling. Often referred to as vinyasa flow or just flow, it is a smooth, dance-like and rhythmic form of yoga. Vinyasa yoga has both mental and physical benefits, as it works to re-energize the body. Synchronized breathing is used to relax the mind, while the physical moves are meant to expel toxins through sweat. Vinyasa is a good option for yoga beginners and but can also be practiced as a more advanced yoga class. Sun salutations are one of the most common poses, but the sequences can vary depending on the instructor and the difficulty level.

Hatha Yoga is a Sanskrit word that can be broken down into two smaller words: ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon.” The word may also mean “willful” or “fearful” or forceful. Our nearby Yoga Classes, Hatha yoga is one of many types of yoga practice. The practice of Hatha yoga focuses on total mastery of the physical body, including all bodily functions. It also emphasizes activating the chakras in order to stimulate kundalini and promote spiritual and physical wellness including disease elimination. Hatha Yoga is seen in a more advanced yoga class.

Meditation Yoga Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. “Watching your breath” is meditation; this 15-minute meditation will take place after a yoga class, these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation.

Heated Empowering Yoga is a form of yoga in which traditional exercises are performed at a higher temperature in the luxury of our heated studio.

Empowering Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity class integrates yoga postures with light weights to increase lean muscle mass, coordination and cardiorespiratory strength and endurance. It is a full-body workout that tones your muscles and clears your mind. This advanced yoga class is great for those of you who want to take your Yoga II practice to the next level!
