About The Trainer

Beth is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified TRX Suspension Trainer.  While being a mom of four boys, she put her own drive and determination to use to achieve fitness goals that she never thought possible.  For the past five years she has been mentored by Sean Lowe, in one-on-one personal training, group training, and group fitness classes.  Beth has been a participant in Extreme Boot Camp since the day the program started at Club USA.  She has a passion for training, and truly knows that with commitment and determination you can achieve your goals.  Beth uses diversified training to help you get the body you’ve been striving for.   Her programs incorporate: cardio, weight training, interval training, TRX suspension, and plyometric training.  Beth will motivate you, challenge you, and truly wants to help you reach your fitness goals!
