About The Trainer
AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Turbo Kick certified. Trains individuals or groups specializing in helping women set and achieve attainable goals creating a sense of empowerment and success. Workouts are not limited to just strength training, but also include cross training and cardio. Her program provides fitness conditioning, body sculpting and weight management. Body fat/ measurements, nutritional guidance, accountability, and on going support are provided for each client. All her clients find a support network with camaraderie, motivation, and inspiration.
