ABOUT THE CLASS
Yoga is an ancient science created to bring balance to mind, body, and spirit. Yoga practice will bring calmness and clarity of mind. It will increase physical strength, flexibility, and create a greater awareness of the soul. Our Yoga includes Vinyasa. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowering form flow of poses that at times can be challenging, designed to build strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility.
