ABOUT THE CLASS
If you're kick-starting a routine or if you're simply seeking a new way to challenge your body, Pilates may be the answer. Mat classes focus on developing core stability while learning the basic biomechanical principles of Pilates. Extra emphasis is placed on breath, joint extension, muscle balance, and postural alignment. By training the body as a whole, our Pilates classes will sculpt a longer, leaner looking body, improve posture, increase flexibility, and help prevent injury. All levels.
