Aerobic
Schedule NOW HERE- ZUMBA Cardio exercise latin style. Work up a sweat doing salsa, cha-cha and merengue moves. No dance expereince necessary. FUN required. Classes held Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 AM, Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 AM and Thursdays 6:15-7:15 PM.
In the "Yoga Studio"
we offer basic yoga, power/hot yoga classes, pilates and core classes.
In our 4,000 sq. ft. Group Fitness room we offer boot camp classes,
spinning, kickboxing, various step classes, barbell classes,
etc.
