Aerobic
Schedule NEW CLASS OFFERINGS: CARDIO CONFUSION: Thursdays, 8:00-9:00 AM. This class includes cardio and muscle toning in a constantly changing format. No equipment necessary just YOU and your body. Taught my Personal Trainer, Lindsay Sotack-Hahl. MEMBER FAVORITES: ZUMBA Cardio exercise latin style. Work up a sweat doing salsa, cha-cha and merengue moves. No dance experience necessary. FUN required. Classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:25 AM, Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 AM, Tuesday and Thursdays 6:15-7:15 PM and Saturdays 8:25-9:10 AM. ZUMBA GOLD: Zumba class catered for seniors. It's fun, but less intense! Monday 8:00-9:00 AM COMBAT CALISTENTHICS: Military Training Resistance Program. Get in the shape of your life while training with Personal Trainer Sean Lowe.
In the "Core Connection Studio" we offer basic yoga, power/hot yoga classes, pilates and core classes. In
our 4,000 sq. ft. Group Fitness room we offer Zumba, boot camp classes,
spinning, Turbo Kick, step classes, barbell classes, etc.
